Holland F. Pratt, Liberty Lake, is a senior at the United States Military Academy, where she majors in Military History. Holland is West Point’s top cadet by Cadet Performance Score, a holistic measure of academic, physical, and military performance. Her undergraduate research focuses on strengthening civil-military cooperation. Holland currently serves as the Brigade Commander First Captain, leading the entire Corps of 4,400 cadets. She served as team captain of West Point Women’s Team Handball, ranked #1 in the United States. At Oxford, she will pursue an MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy and an MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies.
